1/4 lb of Bleached & Dyed Rooster Coque Tails
Approximately 6-8 inches in length.
These are natural black/ bronze colored rooster feathers which have had the color stripped (bleached out) than dyed., This process produces a more subdued overall color than a white dyed feather would have.
These feathers are Strung. The feathers are sewn across the bottom near the quill.
Coque feathers can be easily curled using a blunt object and a soft touch.
Sold by weight, there are (on average) 54 inches of strung feathers to a 1/4 lb in this length & approx. 10-11 feathers per inch, which comes to approx. 566 feathers per quarter pound.
